Background of Superhero

Okay. This is kind of like a sneak-peak to what I'm working on. But besides that, I also wanted to ask if this looked...interesting. I just made my outlining layer invisible just to see what it would look like without any lines, and boom. I saw this, and I thought it was very interesting how the outline made the white part look bold. (maybe?) I know the background is kind of weird. I didn't know how to made the background...the part where it's very dirty was supposed to be smoke. failure...I will explain more once I'm finished with this. Note, I might change the background a little when the official one comes.
